Information provided to us when you register as a User or Administrator. When you register as a User or Administrator of the Site, you submit certain personal information so that we can provide you a personalized experience on our Site. We collect and store this personal and transactional information in our database. This information is used to fill your orders, respond to your requests, and track and inform HON sales tactics and trends. We may also use your personal information to send you promotional e-mails, direct mail, news-letters, and other information we think may be of interest to you. We may also use this information to contact you in the future regarding your satisfaction our products and services. If you wish to discontinue receiving such items from HON, please let us know by following the instructions on future e-mails you receive from us, or by writing us at the above postal address and telling us that you do not want to receive such mailings from our company.
Information provided to us when you register as part of HON World. When you register as a User as part of the HON World site, you submit certain personal information so that we can provide you a personalized experience on our Site. We collect and store this personal information in our database. This information is used as part of our online communication with you on the site. This information can also be used as part of displaying leader boards that shows Users and their rank in the different HON World missions the user is engaged in and selections and other activities in HON World.
Information provided to us by your Administrator. As noted above, the Administrator of your account is a person at each dealer who will be able to provide HON information about you and update information about you. We will use the information provided to us by your Administrator to update your account and registration information. For example, if your Administrator informs us that you are no longer an employee of or associated with a HON dealer, we may inactivate your account with this Site.
Email Comments and Inquiries. We welcome your comments regarding this Site. Please note, however, any comments, feedback, suggestions, product reviews or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to us shall be and remain the exclusive property of HON. Your submission of Comments will constitute an assignment to HON of all worldwide rights, title and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments.
HON will be entitled to copy, disclose, display or perform publicly, improve and modify any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. HON will also be entitled to reduce to practice, use, and improve upon any ideas or inventions that you submit to us in any Comments for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any Comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information, product ideas, inventions, or original artwork.
We reserve the right to edit reviews and other materials presented by users, but we do not take responsibility for the truth or accuracy of the Comments, nor do we take responsibility if the Comments we publish are deemed objectionable or offensive by certain individuals or entities.

Secure Ordering and Registering
When you submit an order for you, information goes directly from your computer to a server operated by our service provider. Our service provider uses your information only to process your transaction and is bound by contract to treat all of your personal information as confidential.
If you register with the Site, you will create a password and log in using that password each time you return. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
